AI Navigator Workshop
Build on your AI experience and explore practical ways to organize ongoing work, research information, develop content and manage everyday communication. Learn to choose the right tool for a task and turn useful results into repeatable workflows.
- 2 hours
- In person, with guided practice
- Basic AI experience recommended
What to expect
Facilitated by Enterprise Technology, AI Navigator takes the next step beyond introductory prompting. Through workplace examples and guided activities, you will explore features that can help carry work across conversations, combine information from multiple sources and use AI within everyday tools.
Activities may draw from ChatGPT Projects, Gemini, NotebookLM, CreateAI Builder, Slack, Zoom and Microsoft Copilot Chat. Structured prompting and the MANAGE framework are woven throughout the session as you practice providing context, shaping an output, checking results and guiding revisions.
Privacy, data security and responsible use remain part of every workflow. Tools and features demonstrated may vary with availability, and features that require additional licensing will be identified during the workshop.
Is this workshop for you?
This workshop is designed primarily for Fulton Schools staff who have tried generative AI and want to use it more effectively in their work. Faculty interested in practical workplace applications are also welcome.
Attendance at the AI Explorer Workshop is recommended, or you should have comparable experience writing prompts and reviewing AI-generated responses. You do not need programming skills or advanced technical knowledge.
If you are new to generative AI or unsure where to begin, AI Explorer is the recommended starting point.
