What to expect
Participants explore basic generative AI concepts, see a live demonstration and practice prompting through guided activities. The session also addresses limitations, privacy, data security and the importance of reviewing AI-generated information before using it.
Is this workshop for you?
The workshop is designed primarily for Fulton Schools staff who are new to generative AI or unsure where to begin. Faculty interested in practical workplace uses of AI are also welcome.
What you will learn
- Explain what generative AI can and cannot do.
- Write and refine prompts with useful context and a clear desired output.
- Review AI-generated responses for accuracy, usefulness and responsible use.
- Identify one low-risk way to experiment with AI in your own work.
