Service Level Agreements

ETS works with Fulton Schools partners to provide reliable, consistent technology services. The Service Level Agreements (SLAs) below describe what each service includes, how it is supported, and the commitments we make together. These agreements are updated annually and reaffirmed when new partnerships are formed.

Deskside Support SLA

Direct technical support for Fulton Schools staff and faculty devices, including in-office and remote help for computing, connectivity, and software.

Classroom and Lab Support SLA

Support agreements for classrooms and instructional labs, including AV systems, computing setups, and in-room technology used for teaching.

Engineering Web Applications SLA

Custom-built software maintained by ETS for Fulton workflows like advising, evaluations, and academic tools, offered as a shared service.

Datacenter Server Hosting SLA

Rack space for faculty and research servers in the Goldwater Datacenter, providing secure, climate-controlled hosting for self-managed systems.
