Microsoft Forms

Microsoft Forms (Forms) (goes to an external Microsoft link) is a survey creator available online and is primarily used by educators for creating surveys and quizzes with marking that is done automatically. To learn about Forms from an external Microsoft link, visit this link.

Forms can be used for creating forms such as surveys and quizzes. Some examples of use cases include but are not limited to:

  • Professors creating quizzes and/or tests for their students to take as part of a course/courses
  • Students creating a survey to see what their classmates and/or professors think about their presentations
